Our screens are made from extruded aluminum components and fiberglass or polyestermesh, which makes them very durable. In fact, we're so proud of their quality that weoffer an industry-leading limited lifetime warranty to give you complete peace of mind. Ifthey're well looked after and serviced regularly, our screens will last many years.

Our warranty is the best in the industry. If you have problems with our screens, we wantto get them fixed for you right away.
Our limited lifetime warranty covers the screen components (not including the mesh) tothe original purchaser for their lifetime in their home. As a bonus, we also include a laborwarranty that covers the delivery and installation of the warranted components for the
first 24 months.
"Limited" means that our warranty doesn't cover every single component. For instance,the mesh is excluded. But all of the warrantied components are guaranteed for life to theoriginal purchaser of the product.
Lifetime means for life. Your life, if you're the original purchaser of the screen. In otherwords, your children can inherit your Phantom screens, but not the warranty.

Phantom's screens are designed to blend in with your decor and become part of yourhome. Our warranty covers the screens for the original purchaser and the home's lifetime.Removing your screen would negate your warranty.
Accidents happen! If it's a gentle bump, chances are your screen will be perfectly fine.Our screens are built with enough flexibility in the mesh to prevent damage. However, ifthere's more force in action, the mesh may pull away from the housing or track.
